Ombre blue christening

When it came time to christen my little Theodore, I decided to keep it “low key”. My version, anyway.

We were christening him interstate, so I tried to keep it as simple as possible with an ombre blue theme and called in my amazing family for help.

My sister-in-law is the most incredible party thrower and created a backdrop of ombre blue balloons. She used flower oasis covered in paper to stick the balloons into!

Ruby’s Cakes made a delicious ombre vanilla cake, and the silver glitter cake topper by Glistening Creations is a keepsake i’ve put in Theodore’s box of special trinkets.

I dip-dyed some vases in blue paints and filled them with fluffy white blooms. My godmother made cookies in Theodore’s initials as well as my favourite greek desserts.

Then it was onto to celebrating our happy little man, surrounded my friends and family.

Just perfect.
